Hello,

Currently work for school district and was trying to set up Approvals in Teams. Have done a lot of testing and would not like to delete the test approvals. Reading I need access to Dataverse to delete these approvals. Can someone please provide me with direction on how to gain access to Dataverse. I reached out to my IT Department, but they were not familiar with this.

Thank you.

    Hi Tammy

Thank you for reaching out and for the details.

Since Teams Approvals data is stored in Dataverse, your IT admin can review the approval records from Power Apps. To do this, please share these steps with your IT admin:

    1. Sign in to Power Apps
    2. Make sure the correct environment is selected from the environment picker.
    3. In the left pane, select Tables.
    4. Select the All tab.

    1. Search for the related approval tables, such as Approval, Approval Request, and Approval Response.
    2. Open the table and review the records carefully to confirm which ones are only test approvals.

    1. Select Edit.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow the steps above and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can continue working together to resolve the issue.

If you found the response useful, please consider marking it as accepted, as this may help other community members who are looking for similar guidance.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I look forward to continuing the conversation.
