Sharepoint online issue

Question

Hi, I have a issue in SharePoint online Document Library. I have a library and this library has a field (comments) with type multiline and it is append, in the view instead to see the link "View Entries", it is display the tag '<a href= "....../layout/15/listform.aspx?ListId=......">View Entries</a>'

Can someone help me with this, something change in this type of column, I need todo some change

In my case is a SharePoint Document library, but In the Document library view the field "Comments" still has the tag see my config below

Just to clarify, could you please confirm whether this is a SharePoint List or a Document Library? 

Based on my testing, the behavior you described ("View Entries") is typically associated with a Multiple lines of text column configured with Append in a SharePoint List. 

If this is a List, you may try the following steps to see if this helps: 

Select the Comments column > Column settings > Edit.

Enable Use enhanced rich text option. 

Ensure Append Changes to Existing Text is enabled.  Save the changes and test again. 

According to my testing, when the column is configured correctly, SharePoint should display a clickable "View Entries" hyperlink rather than showing the underlying HTML anchor tag as plain text.
