    Hi makss adersons,

Thank you for the screenshots. Based on what I'm seeing, this doesn't appear to be a Minecraft-specific issue. Since the Microsoft Store, Minecraft Launcher, and Xbox app are all having trouble installing or communicating properly, the underlying problem may be with the Microsoft Store itself or one of the Windows services it depends on.

Before we continue troubleshooting, please note that Windows 10 reached End of Support on October 14, 2025. While some applications may continue to work, Microsoft no longer provides regular security updates or technical support for Windows 10. If your device is compatible with Windows 11, it's worth considering an upgrade. That said, let's first see if we can get the Store working again.

I'd recommend starting by resetting the Microsoft Store cache. Press Windows + R, type wsreset.exe and press Enter. Once the Store reopens, check whether you're able to install any app.

If the issue continues, go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Store > Advanced options and run Repair first. If that doesn't help, run Reset.

Next, open Command Prompt as Administrator and run the following commands one at a time:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    sfc /scannow

After both commands complete, restart your PC and test the Store again.

I'd also like to know whether Windows Update is working normally. Since app installations rely on several Windows components, please check that the Windows Update, Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) and Microsoft Store Install Service are running by opening services.msc.

Finally, please let me know your Windows version and build number by pressing Windows + R, typing winver and sharing a screenshot of the result. It would also be helpful to know whether you're unable to install all Microsoft Store apps or only Minecraft and Xbox-related apps.

I'll be happy to take a closer look once you share the results.
