Welcome Brie Green,
I understand how frustrating it can be when the Bluetooth toggle has disappeared on your HP Victus device, and the usual troubleshooting steps, service checks, driver updates, and restarts have not resolved the issue.
Before proceeding, could you please clarify:
- Which Windows 11 version and OS build are you currently running?
- In Device Manager, does Bluetooth appear when you select View > Show hidden devices?
In addition to the previous suggestions, you could also explore these options:
Option 1: Run a hardware scan in Device Manager
- Open Device Manager from the Start menu
- Click Action > Scan for hardware changes
- Check if the Bluetooth category reappears
Option 2: Check for unknown devices
- In Device Manager, expand Other devices if present
- Look for any device with a warning symbol
- Right-click it and select Update driver
Option 3: Fully power cycle the device
- Shut down the PC
- Disconnect the charger and any USB devices
- Hold the Power button for 30 seconds
- Start the PC and check Bluetooth again
Option 4: Install the latest Bluetooth and chipset drivers directly from HP
- Visit your HP model's support page
- Install both the latest Bluetooth driver and chipset driver
- Restart the PC afterward
I hope the steps above help you deal with your issue.
