Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear @Treasurer,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, Microsoft 365 services including Copilot, Outlook, Office apps, and email have stopped working for your nonprofit organization.
To help narrow down the cause, could you please provide more information:
- Are all users in your organization affected, or only specific users?
- Can you still sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center admin.microsoft.com (In case you are admin)?
- Does Outlook on the web work, or is email unavailable there as well?
- What error message do you receive when opening Outlook, Copilot, or other Microsoft 365 apps?
- Have there been any recent changes to your nonprofit subscription or licenses?
In the meantime, if you have admin access, please check Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Health > Service health to see whether Microsoft has reported any active incidents affecting Exchange Online, Outlook, Microsoft 365 Apps, or Copilot. Microsoft recommends reviewing the Service Health dashboard whenever multiple cloud services stop working unexpectedly.
For detailed information, please refer to this article How to check Microsoft 365 service health
Additionally, please verify that:
- Your nonprofit subscription is still active.
- User licenses are assigned correctly.
- Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 Apps licenses are available for affected users.
- Any Copilot licenses previously assigned to users are still active
Looking forward to your update.
