Based on my research, you could consider trying the steps below:
1/ Sign out of all accounts in the Microsoft 365 applications, and then completely close Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
2/ Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and check whether the affected business account is listed.
+If the account is not listed, select Connect and add the business account.
+If the account is listed, select it and choose Disconnect. Restart the computer, return to Access work or school, select Connect, and add the account again.
Note: If this is an organization-managed device, please contact your IT administrator before disconnecting the account.
3/ After restarting the computer, open one Microsoft 365 application, sign in with the affected business account, and check whether the issue persists.
I hope these steps provide some additional troubleshooting guidance. I look forward to any updates or results you may be able to share.
