Hi, i earned a cert, i would say aprox 1 year back. i cant find it in my certs anymore. it was sc-900

For a missing SC-900 certification from about a year ago, use this check path:

1. Confirm the certification is still valid SC-900 is a fundamentals certification, but if the credential expected is missing, first verify it was fully earned by checking the certification details page and confirming all required exam requirements were completed.
2. Make sure the correct Learn profile is being used Missing certifications are commonly caused by signing in with a different account than the one used when registering for the exam. Try any Microsoft accounts that may have been used, including personal and work/school accounts.
3. Check the Certification Dashboard Open the Certification Dashboard and review:
   • Certificates → use View Certificates
   • Transcript → use View Transcript
4. Check whether the certification retired or expired If a certification was retired, it remains on the transcript in Active Certifications until it expires, then moves to Historical Certifications. Also note that some older legacy certifications may no longer appear in customer Learn profiles.
5. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support The documented next step for missing credentials is to open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support.
