I got a 2 day ban for trying to change my gamerpic to nothing inappropriate or anything of the sort. Then try to go to appeal it since I figured the AI just made a mistake but it won’t give the option to on the website. Is there anyone who had this issue to give some advice or other options?

Hi Joseph N,

I understand how frustrating it must be to receive a suspension after changing a gamerpic that you believe did not contain anything inappropriate.

You can review the information on the Microsoft Digital Safety account suspension page. If you believe the suspension was applied in error, you can submit a request through the official Appeal form. Microsoft will review the request based on its applicable policies.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and community contributors cannot access the details behind an enforcement decision, remove the suspension or submit an appeal on your behalf.

I know this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but the appeal process provided on the Digital Safety page would be the appropriate channel for requesting a review. Thank you so much for your understanding.
