To learn more about Microsoft 365 Business Basic, see https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-business-basic . Note that the Basic subscription does not include the full desktop apps.

Like all subscriptions, 365 Business Basic has recurring billing, meaning that it will continue (yearly or monthly) until you choose to cancel. Some third-party sellers may offer other deals.

    Hi Md. Ramzan Ali

Based on you thread tag is For education, Microsoft does offer education-focused Microsoft 365 subscriptions, but there is no standard Microsoft 365 Basic Education plan that is marketed specifically as a fixed 3-year subscription. Education licensing is generally offered through plans such as Office 365 A1, Microsoft 365 A3, and Microsoft 365 A5, with licensing terms and renewal options depending on how the institution purchases the licenses.

    For eligible educational institutions:

    • Office 365 A1 is available at no cost and includes web-based Office apps, Teams, OneDrive, and other core services.
    • Microsoft 365 Education A3 and A5 are paid plans that add desktop apps, device management, security, and advanced features.

The availability of multi-year agreements can vary depending on the education purchasing program, licensing channel, and region.
