I do not get past the "Sign In" screen to get into my privacy settings. Why?

going thru Windows Settings and cannot get past the sign in screen to see Browser History in Privacy Settings, just kee[ps going back to sign in screen when I try to sign in

Can you successfully sign in to your Microsoft account through a web browser at https://account.microsoft.com/ using the same credentials?

Have you recently changed your Microsoft account password, security settings, or sign-in options?
