Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
If this is your college/school account, the account is usually managed by your school's IT department. If you no longer have access to the old phone and do not have any other verification method (such as a phone number, email, recovery code, or another Authenticator device), there is generally no self-service way to bypass the verification requirement.
Before contacting your school, check whether the sign-in page offers "Sign in another way" or "Other verification options". If an alternative method is available, use it to sign in and then update your security information.
If no alternative method is available, please contact your college IT help desk or Microsoft 365 administrator and explain that you lost access to the Microsoft Authenticator app and cannot complete MFA. They can reset your MFA/security information so that you can register Microsoft Authenticator again on your current phone. Because your account is school account, it is managed by your school's IT department. Microsoft doesn't have direct access to reset authentication settings for organization-managed accounts
I hope you understand that as forum moderators, we do not have access to your school's Microsoft 365 tenant or the ability to reset MFA settings on your behalf.
I hope this information helps.
