billing issue

Hello, I need your help regarding a billing issue.

I have only one active Microsoft 365 subscription, which costs RM44 per month. My Microsoft Billing History shows only one payment of RM44 on 9 July 2026, charged through my CelcomDigi mobile number.

However, my CelcomDigi bill shows two Microsoft charges of RM44:

  • 9 July 2026 – RM44
  • 13 July 2026 – RM44

Could you please verify whether Microsoft submitted one charge or two charges to my mobile carrier? If only one charge was submitted, could you please provide confirmation so I can raise this issue with CelcomDigi?

Thank you.

    Hi, aisy khalish

This forum cannot access billing records or verify whether one or two payment requests were sent. Since the subscription is charged through CelcomDigi, the extra RM44 may be a duplicate carrier charge, a delayed payment, or a second transaction that only the billing teams can trace.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

First, check your https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders again and save a screenshot showing only the RM44 payment dated July 9, 2026. Also save the CelcomDigi bill showing both charges.

Then contact Microsoft Support. Sign in, enter “duplicate Microsoft 365 carrier billing charge,” select Get Help, then choose the contact or chat option. Ask the billing agent to trace the RM44 charges from July 9 and July 13 and provide a case number or written confirmation of how many payment requests Microsoft submitted. Billing support can securely review details that cannot be checked on this public forum.

If Microsoft confirms only one charge, send that confirmation, the case number, your Microsoft order history, and the itemized bill to CelcomDigi. Because CelcomDigi added both amounts to the mobile bill, its billing team must investigate and reverse any duplicate carrier charge.
