    Hi D'Andre Dre,

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially since you can sign in successfully elsewhere but not on your own PC.

To help narrow this down, could you please clarify a few things?

    • Where exactly do you see error tag and error code: Windows Settings, the Microsoft Edge profile or another Microsoft app?
    • Are you using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?
    • Did this start after a Windows update, password change or any other recent change?
    • Are you still able to sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/ from a browser on the same PC?

In the meantime, please try the following:

    • Restart the PC, then install any pending updates under Settings > Windows Update.
    • Temporarily disable any VPN or proxy and try a different network if available.
    • Open Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts. If the affected account is listed under Accounts used by other apps, select it, remove it, restart the PC and then add it again.
    • Open Credential Manager from Windows Search, select Windows Credentials and remove only the saved Microsoft account entries related to the affected sign-in. Restart the PC and try signing in again.
    • If the issue occurs specifically in Edge, open edge://settings/profiles, remove the affected Edge profile and then add it again. Please make sure any important browsing data is synced or backed up first.

While my initial response may not fully resolve the issue, I truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution. Thank you so much for your understanding.
