Accessing Microsoft Teams using organizational or personal credentials
Hi Julie, thanks for your reply.
Hopefully the following addresses all your questions.
I am not aware of a Teams service principle, can you please clarify? We do not have a 365 subscription nor do we want one. The only time we use Teams is when other organizations invite us to meetings or include us in the collaboration to share files. We do not initiate events or documents within Teams ourselves.
Work/School vs Personal: Originally I had one account but it was giving me issues with logging in so then I created one of the other type. I only want or need one so if we could remove one from existence that would make it easier.
Accessing other services: We do not access other services.
In general everyone has issues with Teams, but the issues seem to change all the time.
No changes to organizations, licensing or 365. Currently we do not have licensing or use 365
Issues in both desktop and web.
Signing in to the link you provide appears to work. Teams is not in the list of apps.
Incognito: I sign in, it appears to accept the sign-in but then brings me back to the sign in screen and the "sign-in" button does nothing at that point
We do not have 365 and therefore no administrator
We do not have a subscription.
We do not have a Teams license
I think the clear distinction here is that we do not want a 365 or Teams subscription or license. We only want to attend meetings to which we are invited and access documents which are shared. We do not want to initiate or store anything through this platform ourselves.
