Bookings link changes every time I make changes

I recently created a Booking in order to allow candidates to schedule interviews with me. I sent out the link yesterday, but I had to go in and edit the schedule today. However, now the link I sent earlier doesn't work and I'm worried that candidates will not be able to book an interview. How can I make edits to the booking schedule without it affecting the link? I don't want to have to send out a new link every time I make a change.

I am not the admin of my account, so this answer did not help. What I ended up doing (even though it's not ideal) was making my booking profile public so that the booking page would be visible if the candidate opened the link after I made edits.

    Hi Iris,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Normally, editing the Bookings page does not change the booking link. In some cases, the link may temporarily stop working due to a connection issue with the server.

Typically, the link will become available again automatically after a short period of time.

However, you can try the following steps to refresh the Bookings session:

Note: The steps below require an account with administrator privileges in the tenant. If you do not have administrator permissions, please contact your organization's administrator (such as your IT department) for assistance with the following steps:

    Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com.

Step 2: Select Users > Active users, then locate your account.

Step 3: Select Licenses and apps. Under the Licenses section, uncheck your current license and click Save changes.

Then, please wait approximately 5 minutes before reassigning the license.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
