    Hi Klon,

I understand how frustrating it must be to see that you own Minecraft but still be unable to download it, especially after trying the website, Microsoft Store, and Xbox app.

To help narrow this down, could you please confirm:

    • Which version are you trying to install: Minecraft for Windows, Java Edition or Minecraft Launcher?
    • What is the exact error message or error code shown in the Microsoft Store and Xbox app?
    • Are the Microsoft Store, Xbox app and Minecraft Launcher all signed in with the same Microsoft account that owns the game?
    • Can you download any other free app from the Microsoft Store?

In the meantime, please try the following:

    • Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates, install any available updates, and restart the PC.
    • Open Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates, then allow all available updates to finish.
    • Press Windows key + R, type wsreset.exe, and select OK. The Microsoft Store should reopen automatically after the cache is reset.
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Store > Advanced options, and select Repair. If that does not help, try Reset. Please repeat this step for the Xbox app.
    • Sign out of the Microsoft Store, Xbox app, and Minecraft Launcher. Restart the PC, then sign back in to all three using the same Microsoft account that owns Minecraft.
    • Try installing the game again from Microsoft Store > Library.

You can also refer to Microsoft’s guidance here: Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

While my initial response may not fully resolve the issue, I truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution. Thank you so much for your understanding.
