I am using a Microsoft 365 Education account and getting an account Over Storage Quota error. Did microsoft enforce the 100GB limit per office 365 license or tenant pooled storage limits on my institution account

    Hi @Smith Simo,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that you're getting an account Over Storage Quota error on your Education account.

To better understand the issue, could you please confirm the following:

1/ Would you mind sharing me a capture about your issue?

2/ Is your OneDrive storage full? Please follow the article to view the storage used.

I want to clarify that your account belongs to the organization, so Microsoft does not enforce your storage limits. In your case, I recommend contacting your school's IT department to check this issue.

An IT administrator can adjust a user's OneDrive storage space using the SharePoint admin center or PowerShell. You can check it in Change a specific user's OneDrive storage space.

You can refer this article to find your school admin/IT.

I look forward to your information and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me - I’ll be happy to assist you.
