Hi

My surveyor issued a tender through SharePoint via Office 365

The tender was issued in 2022

The project has been dormant for 4 years, but is now going to go ahead

I cannot open the SharePoint folder that both the client and my surveyor have sent to me

A screenshot of the exact error message you receive when opening the SharePoint folder.
Whether you are prompted to sign in, request access, or enter a verification code.
Whether the link recently sent by the client or surveyor is a newly generated SharePoint link, or the original link from 2022.
Whether other recipients are able to access the same SharePoint folder.
Whether you can access any other SharePoint links from the same client or surveyor.

In the meantime, please try opening the link in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window, then sign in using the exact email address that the folder was shared with.
