Hi Camilo Largo,
If your AirPods show as connected but no audio is playing, Windows may not be using them as the active playback device even though the Bluetooth connection is established.
Please try these quick steps:
- Go to Settings > System > Sound and make sure your AirPods are selected as the current output device.
- Remove the AirPods from Settings > Bluetooth & devices, restart your PC, and pair them again.
- Open Device Manager, uninstall the Bluetooth adapter and AirPods-related audio devices, then restart Windows so the drivers can be reinstalled automatically.
- If available, install the latest Bluetooth driver from your PC manufacturer's support website.
If possible, test another Bluetooth headset on the same PC. This can help determine whether the issue is specific to the AirPods connection profile or related to the Bluetooth/audio configuration in Windows.
If the issue continues, please let me know your Windows version and whether the AirPods appear in both the Bluetooth devices list and the Sound output list, and the community can suggest additional troubleshooting steps.
