How do I find my admin when I am the only person on the acct, and I am signed in under an organization that I am not familiar with?

I don't have access to some Microsoft 365 programs that I need, and it says that I need admin approval. What do I do?

• What is the domain of the account you are signing in with (for example, ******@company.com or ******@school.edu)?
• Is this a Microsoft 365 Business/Education account or a personal Microsoft account (Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com)?
