Setting up future meetings with participants using Teams calendar or Outlook integration
Hi Donovan,
Thank you for reaching out. To better assist you, could you please provide the following information?
- Are you scheduling the meeting from classic Outlook, new Outlook, Outlook on the web, or the Teams calendar?
- Do you see the Teams Meeting button when creating a calendar invite?
- Is this issue happening for all meetings or only specific meetings?
- Are Outlook and Teams signed in with the same Microsoft 365 account?
- Did this start after any recent change, such as switching to new Teams, updating Office, or reinstalling Teams?
In the meantime, could you please try scheduling the meeting with the options below:
Option 1: Outlook on the Web
- Go to https://outlook.office.com
- Open Calendar
- Select New event
- Toggle on Teams meeting
-
- Send the invite and check whether the Teams meeting link is added
Option 2: Teams on the web
- Go to https://teams.microsoft.com
- Open Calendar
- Select New meeting
- Add the meeting details and attendees
- Make sure the meeting is set as a Teams meeting, if the option is available
- Select Send or Save
- Check whether the Teams meeting link is generated
Please share the results after trying those options, along with the information above in the comment below. Once I have it, I'll be better positioned to guide you through the next steps.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
