Primitive Outlook problems

Question

Outlook is not good enough. Im loosing too much time while preparing a mail. Adding image is very. very difficult. Outlook has to make smaller the images automaticly. The time is important for us. Firs ım preapering my images with different program and ım making my images smaller and adding the images to mail. Its very primitive way to prepare a mail. Too slow and primitive.
