    Hi Damian Godley

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I understand that you are unable to sign in to Outlook and receive the INTERACTIONREQUIRED message. This usually means Outlook cannot complete the required interactive sign-in or refresh the saved authentication session.

    Please try the following:

    • Sign in to the same account through Outlook on the web. If you are asked to verify your identity or approve a sign-in request, complete that step first.
    • If you are using New Outlook for Windows, close it completely, press Windows + R, enter olk.exe --clearLocalState, and then reopen Outlook and sign in again.
    • If the issue continues, open Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Outlook (new) > Advanced options, select Repair, and test the sign-in again.

Could you also confirm whether you are using New Outlook, Classic Outlook, or Outlook on the web, and whether this is a personal or work/school account? This will help narrow down the next steps.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.
