Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
Hi Lucas
I understand how frustrating this must be, especially since the issue has persisted for years.
Based on the information provided, the sign-in flow and redirects appear to complete, but no authenticated session is established for the affected account. Since other Microsoft accounts work normally on the same device and browser, this appears to require an account-specific review rather than further browser troubleshooting.
However, the MSPAuth and MSPProf values shown as “Disabled” do not, by themselves, confirm that persistent authentication has been disabled at the account level. The console message “MeControl: Invalid AAD auth configuration” may be useful diagnostic information, but only Microsoft Support can review the account’s backend identity configuration.
