To find and print a certificate, go to the Certification Dashboard first.

1. Open the Certification Dashboard: Access your Certification Dashboard.
2. In the Certificates section, select View Certificates.
3. Select the certificate name.
4. Use the available download option on the certificate icon to download it.
5. If a PDF is needed, open the certificate details and use the browser Print option, then choose Save as PDF if available.

Important: a certificate is only available after the required certification is fully earned. If the certification requires two or more exams, the certificate does not appear until the final exam is passed.

If the certificate is missing or cannot be downloaded, use Certification support: Certification support.
