How to remove Microsoft from Android device

How do I remove all Microsoft interference from my Android Phone.

I had it for work while I was still employed, now it's just annoying.

I wish to stop receiving sign in notifications every time I want to use my cellphone.

To better understand your situation, could you first confirm some more information as:

• Whether you would like to completely remove the Microsoft work account and any associated management settings from your Android device, or if your primary goal is simply to stop the sign-in notifications?
• Which brand of Android phone are you using?

In the meantime, if the device was previously configured for work access, the sign-in prompts may be coming from a Microsoft account, Microsoft Authenticator, or a device management solution such as Microsoft Intune.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Remove the work account

• Go to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Manage accounts
• Select the Microsoft work account and choose Remove account.

Remove device management

• Go to Settings > Security or additional setting> privacy > Device administrators.
• If Microsoft Intune Company Portal or another work management app is listed, disable its administrator permissions and then uninstall the app.
• Also check whether a Work Profile exists and remove it if it is no longer needed.

Remove Microsoft apps associated with the former work account

• Examples include Microsoft Authenticator, Company Portal, Microsoft Defender, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365.
• If you still use any of these apps for personal accounts, remove only the former work account from within the app.
