Error 53003 means the sign-in succeeded, but access was blocked by the security policy of the organization or Teams workspace you are trying to enter. This can still happen with a personal account if it was invited as a guest to an organization.

Please sign out of Teams completely, then open Teams in a private browser window and make sure you select your Personal account rather than a work/school organization. If the error appears only when opening a particular organization or meeting, you will need to contact that organization’s administrator because only they can review or change the access policy.
