    Hi @Leo Grant

If you want to trace emails sent or received in your Microsoft 365 organization, you can use Message Trace in the Exchange Admin Center (the Microsoft 365 admin center links to it).

You need an account with the appropriate permissions such as Exchange Administrator or Global Administrator.

Steps to run a Message Trace:

1.Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

2.In the left navigation pane, select Show all > select Exchange under Admin Centers

    User's image

3.In the Exchange Admin Center (EAC), go to:

    • Mail flow > Message trace
    • Select + Start a trace
    • Configure your search criteria. You can specify:

-Date range (up to the allowed retention period)

    -Sender

    -Recipient

    -Message ID (if available)

-Delivery status (Delivered, Failed, Pending, Expanded, etc.)

    -Subject (optional)

    • Click Search.
    • Review the results. Select a message to view detailed information, including:

    -Delivery status

    -Timestamps

    -Sender and recipient

    -Routing details

    -Any errors or transport events

For more details, please refer to Message trace in the new EAC in Exchange Online | Microsoft Learn

    I hope this helps.
