My microsoft got hacked and I did support page and waited for week. Now I tried to make new one and I somehow made new account. The hacker changed the email, password and I simply can not get my account back. I have childhood pictures at my onedrive and the hacker has all access to my photos. I tried to deleting them and it did not work. If someone has access to my onedrive, the gmail is my same email one email prolly from the hacker [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed] (Can't put the email @ here)

There is now 2 accounts of them maybe so if someone has access, check both.

    Hi Kaapo Korkeakangas

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I’m very sorry you’re going through this, especially because the compromised OneDrive contains irreplaceable childhood photos. I understand how distressing it is to know that someone else may have access to those personal files.

The new Microsoft account you created is separate from the original compromised account. Creating it does not restore access to the original OneDrive or allow the two accounts to be checked together.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

Please use Microsoft’s official hacked-account recovery process and enter the original email address or phone number associated with the compromised account: How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account

The Sign-in Helper will guide you through the recovery options available for that account and may offer the option to contact an agent. If you are asked to complete the recovery form, provide as much accurate information as possible, including previous passwords, Microsoft services used, billing details, Xbox information, contacts, and exact email subject lines.

If OneDrive is still signed in or syncing on any trusted device, immediately copy the childhood photos and other important files to an external drive or another secure location. Until the backup is complete, do not sign out of OneDrive, unlink the account, reset the device, or delete the local files.

You should also secure your Gmail account by changing its password, reviewing signed-in devices and recovery information, and enabling two-step verification.

I sincerely hope you can regain access and preserve your photos soon.
