I tried to log in to the new Outlook via company email, but the following error occurred. Besides Outlook, accessing updated versions of Microsoft is difficult.

    Dear @Taylor George

If you're unable to sign in to the new Outlook with your company email and are also having trouble accessing updated Microsoft apps. In this case, to narrow this down quickly, I'd ask these questions:

    • Could you share with me the exact error message/code you see when signing into the new Outlook?
    • Does the error appear immediately after entering your email?, After MFA (multi-factor authentication)? or When Outlook is launching?
    • Is this a Microsoft 365 work account managed by your company (@company(.onmicrosoft).com)?
    • Can you successfully sign in to Outlook on the web?
    • Can you access other Microsoft services such as Teams, Word or Excel?
    • Are you the only person experiencing this issue, or are coworkers seeing the same problem?
    • Is the problem happening on other devices and other network?

In the meantime, you can try these steps:

    Step 1:

    • Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and disconnect the account.
    • Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Find Outlook > Select Advanced options > Click Repair/Reset.
    • Open Credential Manager Select Windows Credentials > Remove Microsoft 365/Office/Outlook-related entries > Restart and sign in again. For reference: Credential Manager in Windows
    • Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in all office apps.
    • Restart the computer and then open Outlook and sign in with only your company account again.

Step 2: Check whether Outlook on the web (OWA) opens successfully. If possible, open an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and try signing in again.

Step 3: If you're experiencing issues with other Microsoft applications as well, please contact your IT administrator to verify that the appropriate Microsoft 365 license has been assigned to your account and that no access policies or security restrictions are preventing you from using these services. For reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

I hope the information shared is helpful. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to your update.
