Can’t access mircrosoft authenticator

Question

Hi I’m facing trouble

I can’t access my authenticator app as I’m a student I need verification from authentictor app to log in or to access mail and study material

But I’m trying to sign in but they need code and I don’t receive any code yet and tomorrow is my university day I need to sign in my study material and mails

Due to Microsoft authentication I’m unable to use any thing

Help me out in this

Based on your description, your Authenticator app does not work so you cannot sign your account.

In this situation, the only effective solution is contact to your IT/admin of your school, since your account is a education account, your school IT team or Helpdesk may be able to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. As a forum user, I do not have administrative access to change these settings. Only your school IT team has the ability to adjust or reset your MFA configuration.
