AI-900 Certification Missing from Microsoft Learn Profile

Hello Microsoft Credentials Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding my Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) certification.

I received the congratulations email confirming my achievement, but when I sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same email address and check Profile → Credentials → Certifications, the AI-900 certification is not displayed.

Could you please help me locate the Microsoft Learn/Certification profile associated with my AI-900 exam and restore or link the certification to my current Learn profile?

I can provide the following for verification:

  • Email address that received the congratulations email
  • Screenshot/copy of the congratulations email
  • Exam date, if required
  • Current Microsoft Learn profile information
  • Exam registration details, if required

    1. Confirm the credential is actually earned by checking the certification or exam details pages.
    2. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If multiple Learn profiles exist under different login accounts, the certification may be attached to a different profile.
    3. Try signing in with any other login accounts that may have been used to register for the exam, including a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account.
    4. If the congratulations email was received, note that the contact email in the Learn profile is not necessarily the same as the login account used to sign in. The certification may exist under another profile.
