Loop Workspace Recovery

Question

After deleting the loop page that was in progress, Pages restored from the Recycle Bin are not visible. The item disappeared from the Recycle Bin as well. Is there any way to recover it? And how can someone who can't even see the trash have deletion privileges?

Based on your description, the Loop page was restored from the Recycle Bin but is no longer visible in the workspace, and the item has also disappeared from the Recycle Bin.

I looked into this behavior and tested it in my own environment. The Recycle Bin was visible and the Loop page was restored normally in my testing. I also couldn't find any Microsoft documentation that specifically describes the behavior you are experiencing.

Regarding the Recycle Bin not being visible in Loop, please try refreshing the Loop page and, if the issue persists, open Loop in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window to check whether the Recycle Bin appears there.

In the meantime, if you still have the original link to the Loop page, please try opening it directly to see whether the page is still accessible. 

If the link does not work or the page is still unavailable, I recommend contacting your IT administrator and asking them to check the appropriate Recycle Bin based on where the Loop content is stored. If the issue persists, your IT administrator can also contact Microsoft Support for further investigation, as they have tools to investigate the issue further.
