    Hi @Lina

Regarding your Outlook issue, could you please clarify whether you are unable to sign in, or whether you can sign in but cannot find the verification email?

    Please try the following steps:

    • Go to https://outlook.office.com.
    • Sign in using your school email address.
    • Check both your Inbox and Junk Email folders for the verification email.

If you find the email, open it and follow the instructions provided. You do not need to forward the verification email. Also, please do not share the verification code with anyone.

Should Outlook not accept your login, please contact your school office or technology support team. They can confirm whether your school email account is active and which email website you should use.

You may also ask your teacher or the person who provided your school email address and password for assistance.

I hope this helps clarify the next steps. Please feel free to reply if you have any additional details or questions.
