    Refer to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/accessing-your-learn-profile

Access to your Learn Profile and associated credentials requires that you are able to sign in with at least one valid Microsoft Learn login account.

    Microsoft Personal Login Account

If you lose access to the personal Microsoft account used to log in to your Microsoft Learn profile and have not added an alternate work or school account, this will result in a loss of access to your profile and any data it contains.

If you are unable to reset your username or password for any reason, help is available only through the Microsoft Account Help self-service.

The profile link can be generated from the Transcript page in the Microsoft Learn profile.

    Steps:

    1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
    2. Select the profile photo/avatar, then select Profile.
    3. Select Transcript.
    4. Select Share link to generate the online profile/transcript link.

If the link does not work for others, check the profile privacy setting and make sure Private Mode is not enabled, because Private Mode prevents others from viewing the profile.

If the requirement is specifically to share a certification instead of the full transcript:

    1. Open Profile.
    2. Select Credentials.
    3. Open Certifications.
    4. Select View certification details.
    5. Select Share.
