Azure Data Factory Azure-SSIS IR hangs at "starting" or "stopping" state

Hi Microsoft

I have lately encountered an issue with my Azure-SSIS IR. it has been running perfectly until today, it is stuck at stopping or starting state and never proceed. I have also tried to start/stop from Powershell, same result. Can you guys help to turn it off from your backend and let me know what on earth happened here? 142201-image.png

    Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

    There is an outage in West Europe region which make SSIS IR stuck in starting and stopping status.

    Impact start time: 2021-10-20 07:06:56 UTC
    Impact end time: 2021-10-20 17:39:00 UTC
