I was just wondering why the traffic duration was blocked in my area (Australia) (It happened last week)

I understand how inconvenient it can be when traffic information suddenly becomes unavailable, especially if it was working normally before.

Could you clarify what you mean by the traffic duration being “blocked”? Are estimated travel times no longer showing, is the traffic layer unavailable, or do you see a specific error message? Also, does this happen with all routes in Australia or only in a particular area?

In the meantime, please try opening Bing Maps in an InPrivate or Incognito window, clearing the browser cache and cookies, checking that location permission is enabled for Bing, and testing another browser, device or network. You can also try several different routes to see whether the behavior is limited to one location.

If possible, please share a screenshot of what appears on the screen, while hiding any personal addresses or location details. While my initial response may not fully resolve the issue, I truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution.
