Completed Puzzles

I recently completed a Jigsaw Puzzle (classic), completed it, and when I logged-in next the program indicated it was still in progress. When I clicked the puzzle to confirm completion, it started over completely. Not a big deal, but it was a Grand Masterr puzzle that would likely take me 3+ hours to complete a second time. Is there any way to delete on-going puzzles from the main screen?

    Hi Dave G,

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after spending more than three hours completing a Grand Master puzzle.

To help narrow this down, does this happen only with this puzzle or are other completed puzzles also showing as in progress? Also, when you right-click or select the puzzle, do you see a three-dot menu or any option to remove it?

In the meantime, please try checking Microsoft Store for updates to Microsoft Jigsaw, confirming that the game is signed in with the same Microsoft/Xbox account, and restarting the PC. You can also go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Jigsaw > Advanced options and select Repair.

Please avoid selecting Reset for now, as it may affect locally saved game progress. Let me know what options appear when you select the puzzle, and we can look into the next steps. Thank you so much for your understanding.
