Subscriptions and user account

Question

Need to find the subscription tile and user accounts. I’m reasonably new and lost. I have a business account

If you have a Microsoft 365 Business account with the Global Admin permission, you can find both your subscriptions and user accounts in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Step 1: Sign in at https://admin.microsoft.com.

Step 2: To view your subscriptions, go to Billing > Your products. This page shows your active subscriptions, license counts, and renewal details. For reference: Manage Subscription - Microsoft 365 for business plan

Step 3: To view user accounts, go to Users > Active users. Here you can see all users in your organization and manage licenses, passwords, and account settings. For reference: Add users and assign licenses in Microsoft 365

Moreover, to make sure I point you to the right place, could you tell me:

• Do you have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, or are you seeing a regular user portal?​‌
• Are you looking for your own account details, or for all users in your organization?
• Do you have any other admin in your business tenant?

If you're still having trouble locating these options, please let me know what you see after signing in. If possible, a screenshot of what you're seeing (with any sensitive information removed) would also be very helpful.
