Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi, Amber
This may be an account, network, or regional billing issue rather than a browser problem. It can also happen when the wrong account type is being used for the purchase.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Try the purchase from another device and a different connection, such as a phone using mobile data. Temporarily turn off any VPN, proxy, ad blocker, or custom DNS service, as these can prevent parts of the billing portal from loading.
Confirm that you signed in with a personal Microsoft account, not a work or school account. If it is a company account, you may need a billing role or permission from your organization’s administrator.
Check that the country/region in your Microsoft account matches your current location and the billing country of the payment method. A region mismatch can prevent purchases, and recent region changes or existing subscriptions from another region may also restrict buying. Review your Microsoft Store region
If the subscription is being purchased through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another retailer, complete and manage the purchase through that provider instead. Check where the subscription is managed
