I have two Microsoft accounts and have paid for services in both, how do I combine or transfer to just one account?

    Hi, Julie Hooper

Microsoft personal accounts cannot be merged, and purchases, account balances, Xbox progress, and most subscriptions cannot be moved between accounts. An existing Microsoft 365 subscription also cannot normally be transferred to another Microsoft account.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Sign in to the Services & subscriptions page separately with each account and note which paid services are listed.

Choose the account you want to keep. On the other account, turn off recurring billing so its subscriptions expire without another charge. If the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another retailer, cancellation must be handled through that provider.

After the unwanted Microsoft 365 subscription expires, purchase or renew it while signed in to the account you are keeping.

If one account has Microsoft 365 Family, you can share its benefits with the other account temporarily. The accounts and OneDrive files will still remain separate.

Before canceling anything, copy any needed OneDrive files and confirm which account owns purchases you still use.

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
