Microsoft for Startups verification failed – Get Program Support option missing

My Microsoft for Startups business verification failed and the portal shows “We couldn’t verify your startup.”

I also do not have the documented Your Microsoft Team → Get program support option on my Microsoft for Startups Overview page, so I cannot request a manual verification review.

My legal company is Clazro Technology Private Limited. We previously submitted information for an earlier product, but our current primary product is EaseMyPost, an AI-powered B2B SaaS social-media management platform developed and owned by Clazro Technology Private Limited.

We have now updated our website and company/product information so the relationship between Clazro Technology Private Limited and EaseMyPost is clear.

Could a Microsoft moderator please help escalate my account to the Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Verification team so that:

  1. My existing startup verification can be reopened or manually reviewed.
  2. I can securely provide incorporation, domain ownership and other business verification documents.
  3. Microsoft can confirm whether I should continue with the existing startup profile or reapply.

I can provide my Azure subscription ID, account details and business documents privately to an authorized Microsoft employee.

For a failed Microsoft for Startups verification, the supported path is to contact Microsoft for Startups Program Support for program, benefits, and portal issues such as verification, benefit activation, entitlement corrections, and portal access problems.

If the Get Program Support option is missing, use the support entry points that are documented for the program experience tied to the enrollment date:

    1. If joined before May 29, 2026
      • Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal.
      • Select the "?" icon in the top-right corner.
      • Select "Submit a Support Ticket".
      • Attach screenshots of the verification failure and the missing support option.
    2. If joined after May 29, 2026
      • Sign in to the Azure Portal.
      • Open Microsoft for Startups.
      • Use the program page to manage benefits and submit requests.
      • For Azure technical issues, go to "?" → "Help + support" → "Create a support request".
    3. For verification-related issues, Program Support is the correct team for:
      • Business or domain verification
      • Benefit redemption issues
      • Portal access problems
      • Entitlement and ownership corrections
    4. If verification is not approved in Partner Center, an appeal can be submitted only by an authorized role such as Global Admin, Compliance Admin, Account Admin (MAICPP-specific), or Manager/Owner for Developer. Appeals are available when the Verification Summary shows Resolve or User Action Needed, and up to three appeals can be submitted. Supporting documents must exactly match the account information.
    5. For document submission, include only official supporting documents that match the business name, address, domain, and dates exactly. Accepted examples include:
      • Certificate or articles of incorporation
      • Business license or registration
      • Domain verification records from an authorized registrar

Program Support does not handle deep Azure engineering, architecture design, performance tuning, or Azure service outages. Those go to standard Azure Support.
