    Hi @Riyan Haider

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To better assist you, could you please provide additional details to help me better understand the issue?

1/ Are you seeing this error only on Outlook Web?

Have you tried signing in from other platforms like the Outlook desktop app or mobile app?

2/ If it's only happening on the web, could you please try:

    Using an incognito/private browser window

Switching to a different browser (e.g., Edge, Chrome, Firefox)

3/ Could you share the full error message or a screenshot of what you're seeing? This will help us understand the exact issue.

If you're seeing an error like: UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError May I double confirm, have you checked with your Microsoft 365 Admin whether your account still has a valid license? To verify this:

    1. Sign in to https://admin.microsoft.com with Admin credentials
    2. Go to Users > Active Users
    3. Click on your username
    4. Choose Licenses and Apps
    5. Expand Apps and make sure Exchange Online (Plan 1 or Plan 2) is selected

If your account already has a license:

Try unchecking it, then reapplying it

Wait a few minutes for the system to sync, then try signing in again

If you don’t have admin privileges, kindly ask your organization’s IT admin to help check this for you.

If the issue still persists, I recommend raising a support ticket via Office 365 Admin Center > Support > New Service Request This is the most efficient way to escalate such issues. You can refer to this article for guidance: Ways to contact support for business products The support engineers have deeper access and tools to investigate the root cause directly from the backend.

Thank you again for your time and understanding. I really appreciate your patience, and I'm here to help. Looking forward to your response.
