Problem with Whiteboard operation

I'm having trouble with Whiteboard.

An error pops up, or the application stops working or even when it loads, it gets stuck after a while.

I tried logging in again, uninstalling apps, tried in the browser, but nothing worked.

Since you've already tried signing out and back in, reinstalling the application, and using Whiteboard from a web browser, the issue may be related to either the Education tenant configuration or the Whiteboard service itself rather than the local device. Microsoft Whiteboard for Education and Enterprise organizations must be enabled by the administrator at the tenant level. If the service is disabled, users may experience loading issues, errors, or boards that stop responding.

You can try to:

• Test Whiteboard using another browser (Edge InPrivate window recommended) and a different network connection if available.
• Verify whether other users in the same school/organization are experiencing the same problem.
• Ask the Microsoft 365 Education administrator to confirm that:
  • Whiteboard is enabled for the organization.
  • Whiteboard Services is enabled in Microsoft Entra ID.
  • The tenant meets the required Whiteboard configuration requirements
