Hello, I am facing an issue with registering for Microsoft certification exams.
I contacted Pearson VUE support regarding the ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK error I was receiving while trying to schedule my DP-900 exam. They informed me that two certification accounts are associated with the same Microsoft account/ID, which is causing the issue.
Pearson VUE advised me to contact Microsoft Support and request that the two certification profiles/accounts be merged into a single account.
Could you please help me merge the duplicate certification accounts associated with my Microsoft account so that I can access my certification profile and register for my DP-900 exam successfully?
I can provide my Microsoft account email, MCID(s), and any other information required to verify both accounts.
This is urgent as I need to schedule my certification exam. Please let me know the required steps or information needed to resolve this issue.
Thank you.

Microsoft certification accounts cannot be merged through this chat.
For Microsoft Learn profiles, a merge is possible only by adding the other login account to the profile that should be kept:
Important details:
If the issue is specifically with missing or split certification records, first confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used and try signing in with any other login accounts that may have been used to register for exams.
For additional help with certification profile issues or missing credentials, contact Microsoft Credentials Support. Have the Learn Username available.
