MSLE Profile Registration – Address Validation Error (Iraq)

Question

Hi MSLE Support Team,

I am attempting to complete my institution profile on the Microsoft Learn for Educators portal, but I am continuously blocked by an address validation error: "Please enter proper address as the Address is incorrect or the Address was not able to be sent through the validation process."

Despite entering valid address details for Baghdad, Iraq, the automated address validation service fails to accept the input.

Here are the details currently entered in the form:

• Institution Name: Al-Naji University
• Country/Region: Iraq
• City: Baghdad
• Zip code: 00964
• Address Line 1: Yarmouk District

Could you please manually validate or update my account address so I can complete my registration?

Instead of typing the address copy it and paste by clicking on your account initials at the right up corner.. Select profile and check where written URL and copy the whole of it including the name and digits then copy paste it where account name is required for the log in
