Hi, @Kam ✔️
The missing "HID-compliant touch screen" together with the "ELAN WOT Capable Device – HID descriptor failed" error suggests Windows may not be communicating properly with the touchscreen controller.
First, restart the laptop and then open Samsung Update. Install any available drivers, firmware, or BIOS updates. Also check Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates for driver updates.
I would avoid downloading a generic touchscreen/HID driver from another website.
To help narrow this down:
- Did this start after a Windows, driver, or BIOS update?
- In Device Manager, right-click the "ELAN WOT Capable Device" > Properties. What exact error or "Code" does it show under Device status?
- What is the exact Galaxy Book3 360 model number? For example, something starting with NP750 or NP754.
