There are some reports that 26200.9278 update from couple of days ago, breaks cursor styling on some PCs.

I updated my PC to Window 11 25H2 (26200.9278) and for some reason my mouse changed to not the default Windows 11 one but the old windows xp-ish skin, I tried many things but nothing is working.
List of thing i tried.
- Restarting PC
- Restore Pointer Skin to default and changing back
- Restarting Windows Explorer
- Trying with another user
