For the longest time I have received the message I have attached any time I access my personal Outlook account and every time I compose an email from my personal Outlook account in which you can see the error message as well as an unfamiliar error or cancel message followed by the Error Reporting description. Please see attachments and provide any information to help resolve this matter. Thank you image User's image

    Hi Dustin White,

I’m sorry you’ve been repeatedly encountering this error when accessing your account and composing messages in Outlook.

To narrow this down, could you please confirm:

    • Is this a personal Microsoft account, such as Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, or Live.com, or a Microsoft 365 business/work account?
    • What Outlook for iOS and iOS versions are currently installed?
    • Can you sign in and compose an email normally through Outlook on the web?
    • Does the error still appear if you temporarily remove or disable the signature in Outlook?
    • Do you have both a personal and a work or school account added to the Outlook app?

In the meantime, please update Outlook from the App Store. If it is already up to date, remove the affected account from Outlook and add it again to refresh its sign-in session. Please make sure any important locally stored information is backed up before removing the account.

If the problem continues, please use Outlook Settings > Help & Feedback > Contact Support and include the Error ID shown in the screenshot so the Outlook mobile support team can review the relevant diagnostic information. Thank you so much for your understanding.
