Question

How do I get in touch with MSN.com support? I found a bug.
I want to remove my image from the MSN community site. I've already change removed and change my image in the Microsoft account. But the change is not reflected in the MSN community profile.

Hi WPJr,

I understand that you want the old image removed from your MSN Community profile, especially since you have already changed or removed it from your Microsoft account.

Please first open the MSN profile in an InPrivate window or another browser to check whether the old image is being displayed from the browser cache. If it still appears, please submit the issue through the Feedback option on MSN. You can find it in the lower-right corner of an MSN page or through the Settings icon on the MSN homepage. Include the affected profile URL, a screenshot, and mention that the image has already been removed or changed in your Microsoft account but remains visible on MSN Community.
